Sample schedule (Full schedule to be sent upon registration):

Morning beach walk to breakfast.
Breakfast with a view.
Midmorning activity (surf, snorkel, fishing, bodysurfing).
Lunch and siesta.
Jungle gymmobility session.
Sunset at one of our 5 local beaches.
Dinner and salsa at a local restaurant.

Retreat includes:

6 nights accommodations at StayTrue Retreats, Costa Rica.
Round trip transportation to the airport.
Transportation to/from activities.
3 nourishing meals a day supporting local businesses.
Daily movement practices. Strength & Conditioning, Mobility, Martial Arts introduction.
